As a Sales and Client Advisor with Keys at the Mall at Millenia, you will play a crucial role in supporting store management by ensuring proper opening and closing procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service, meeting the needs and expectations of our clients.

• Achieve sales goals and assist in the day-to-day operations of the store.
• Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Organize the stockroom for easy access to merchandise.
• Maintain effective communication with all departments and handle customer complaints promptly.
• Support and enforce store operations and sustainability policies.
• Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention efforts.
• Ensure proper functioning of cash registers and safe, and manage bank deposits.
• Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
• Oversee store maintenance, including cleaning and upkeep of fixtures and supplies.

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
