Job Description

Summary

As a Sales and Client Advisor with Keys at Balenciaga Southpark, you will play a crucial role in supporting store management by ensuring proper opening and closing procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations while contributing to the store's overall success.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals and assist in the opening and closing of the store.
  • Organize the stockroom for easy access to merchandise.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations and maintain effective communication with all departments.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
  • Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
  • Partner with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
  • Ensure cash registers and safe are functioning properly and manage cash accuracy.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in retail or fashion.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong commercial awareness and passion for the fashion industry.
  • Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.
