Job Description

Summary

As a Sales and Client Advisor with Keys at Woodbury Commons, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store's management by ensuring the proper execution of opening and closing procedures. You will provide exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding customer expectations while contributing to the store's overall success.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals and assist in the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Perform opening and closing procedures in accordance with company policies.
  • Organize and maintain the stockroom for easy access to merchandise.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Support and enforce store operations manual and sustainability policies.
  • Manage store shrinkage and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
  • Assist with visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
  • Oversee store maintenance and ensure proper levels of supplies are maintained.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion companies.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
  • Strong commercial awareness and business acumen with a passion for fashion.
  • Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.
