Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback about fit and product
- Use texting and social media for customer outreach and sales
- Open new customer accounts in the rewards program
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
- Work a flexible schedule and occasionally assist in other departments
- Handle and lift merchandise as required by role
