Responsibilities
- Provide style advice and product recommendations to customers in-person and via digital tools
- Create customer connections through appointments, outreach, and follow-up
- Use social media and company apps to engage customers and share curated looks
- Drive sales and meet performance targets through proactive selling
- Support events and non-event selling activities including appointment setting
- Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise presentation
- Sell across multiple departments and price points as needed
- Assist customers with fitting, handling, and completing purchases
Requirements
- Previous retail or styling experience and strong customer service skills
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers
- Comfortable using digital tools and social media for customer engagement
- Goal-driven mindset with motivation to achieve sales targets
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to be on feet 6-8 hours per shift and perform frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and handle bulky items
- Organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
