Summary

Seasonal Part Time Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspirational in-store shopping experience focused on the customer. The role drives sales by building relationships and clientele while supporting store initiatives and new technology-driven shopping channels. This entry-level position supports team training and offers opportunities for future leadership growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and work to achieve individual and store targets.
• Engage customers to provide tailored product recommendations and build lasting clientele.
• Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training.
• Use digital and alternative purchasing tools such as Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI and Ship to Home to broaden sales channels.
• Maintain sales floor standards, merchandising and presentation at all times.
• Provide feedback to management on customer trends, category opportunities and store needs.

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty experience preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand, walk and move on the sales floor for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable operating a register and using in-store technology.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
