Seasonal Ambassador - The Landmark

Summary

The Seasonal Ambassador welcomes clients and helps create a warm, exceptional experience at The Landmark. Through engaging interactions and knowledge of Tiffany & Co., the Ambassador supports client service and connects clients with the appropriate Sales Professional.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist, and direct clients throughout The Landmark.
• Share brand history, product introductions, and service offerings, and connect clients with Sales Professionals.
• Manage the floor waiting list and communicate potential service issues to management.
• Support events and sales teams by replenishing supplies, keeping areas organized, and assisting with boxing and wrapping.
• Safeguard company property and handle sensitive client information appropriately.

Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of New York City attractions, shops, and restaurants.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, including restaurant, hotel, retail, or security environments.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; familiarity with Service Channel is a plus.
