Summary

Seasonal and regular retail stock team member responsible for receiving, unpacking and processing merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, and supporting store operations in a fast paced retail environment. This role requires attention to detail, use of inventory systems, physical lifting and a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload freight and newly arrived merchandise
• Unpack and deliver merchandise to selling departments
• Fulfill customer orders promptly following quality standards
• Prepare and ship customer orders using packing and shipping standards
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan and process shipments
• Research merchandise shipments in accordance with inventory control processes
• Maintain clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms
• Provide general store support such as setting up special events and relocating fixtures

Requirements

• High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to use various technology and computer applications
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds
