Back of House Support Associate

As a Back of House Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations at Neiman Marcus in Newport Beach. Your responsibilities will include stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to enhance the customer experience and support store sales and profitability.

• Complete daily store operations and support the direction of leads and managers.
• Handle merchandise, transfers, and process inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders.
• Ensure merchandise standards are followed through necessary placements.
• Manage merchandise price changes, reticketing, and inventory control processes.
• Organize and maintain stockroom and back stocking.
• Assist in merchandising products and setting up sale events and signage.
• Support set-up and take down of in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures on the dock and in work areas.

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility with competing tasks and a collaborative mindset.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
