The role greets and screens visitors manages deliveries monitors alarms and operates metal detectors while responding to incidents with urgency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Serve as liaison between arriving guests and warehouse staff including screening and confirming appointments
• Log information on trucks entering or leaving the building and validate inbound delivery information
• Coordinate with receiving department and assign staging or doors as instructed
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk through and hand held metal detectors as needed
• Respond to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security with a sense of urgency
