Seasonal Asset Protection Coordinator - Galleria Dallas

Summary

Responsible for supporting loss prevention safety and security initiatives to safeguard company assets including property merchandise equipment and employees. Acts as a point of contact for building personnel guests and delivery operations while responding to incidents with urgency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Serve as liaison between arriving guests and warehouse staff including screening and confirming appointments
• Log and validate information for trucks entering or leaving the building and communicate with receiving
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk through and hand held metal detectors as needed
• Respond to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security with urgency
