Summary

The Seasonal Asset Protection Coordinator supports loss prevention safety and security initiatives to safeguard company assets including property merchandise equipment and employees. The role greets and screens visitors manages delivery logs monitors alarms and operates metal detectors while responding promptly to safety incidents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and visitors in a professional manner
• Serve as a liaison between arriving guests and warehouse staff including screening and confirming appointments
• Log inbound and outbound truck information and validate delivery details
• Communicate with receiving department and assign doors as instructed
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk through and hand held metal detectors as needed
