Seasonal Asset Protection Coordinator - West Coast Omni Center

Summary

Responsible for supporting loss prevention, safety and security initiatives to safeguard company assets including property, merchandise, equipment and employees. Acts as a building liaison, greets visitors, monitors alarms and ensures proper incident response while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism. Works a flexible schedule to meet business needs and may operate metal detectors and manage deliveries and calls.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and visitors in a professional manner
• Serve as liaison between guests and warehouse staff, including screening and confirming appointments
• Log inbound and outbound truck information and coordinate with receiving
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure appropriate response
• Answer and transfer incoming building calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate walk-through and hand-held metal detectors as needed
• Respond with urgency to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security
• Maintain confidentiality and ownership of safety related matters
