Seasonal Associate (Concierge)

Summary

Seasonal Associate (Concierge) provides exceptional customer service during the holiday season, supporting store operations and guest experiences. This role involves front and back of house duties, responding to inquiries, and assisting with transactions and information kiosks. The position is temporary for the holiday period and requires flexibility to work varied shifts including mornings evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service acting as an ambassador for the brand
• Resolve standard customer service issues within policy
• Manage incoming inquiries and requests in person via phone or email
• Respond to inquiries within 24 hours
• Process gift cards and complete related transactional duties
• Support store teams to deliver extraordinary shopping experiences
• Perform back of house tasks as required by the store

Requirements

• Passionate about the brand and providing strong customer service
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand and move between store and back office areas
• Willingness to work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends
• Available for the holiday seasonal period between October 20th and January 10th
