Seasonal Associate

Summary

Seasonal Associate supporting stock, fulfillment, and visual merchandising during the holiday period. Role involves back-of-house duties to fulfill online orders, support sales floor replenishment, and assemble displays while maintaining luxury presentation standards. Position is seasonal and may include varied shifts including nights during peak periods.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill online orders and inter-store transfers to meet customer needs
• Read orders locate product and package to company standards
• Replenish stock and maintain sales floor merchandising standards
• Maintain fitting rooms and assist with floor presentation
• Assemble holiday fixtures place signage props and displays
• Rework presentations rotate stock and maintain visual standards
• Maintain the visual stockroom and merchandising collateral
• Perform other back-of-house duties as assigned
• Work varied shifts including mornings afternoons evenings weekends and potential overnight shifts

Requirements

• Passion for the brand and customer service
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Demonstrated teamwork skills
• Ability to stand for periods move between store and back office and use a ladder
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move display items
• Availability for varied shifts during the holiday season Oct 20 to Jan 10
• Willingness to volunteer for overnight shifts during peak sales week
