Responsibilities

• Drive sales by prioritizing customer needs and building client relationships.
• Support company initiatives, team training, and new shopping technologies and purchasing options.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and share customer, category, and business feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, maneuver throughout the store, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
