Responsibilities

• Drive sales by engaging customers and supporting daily, weekly, and monthly business goals.
• Use available shopping tools and technologies to improve product discovery and purchasing options.
• Build customer relationships and support clienteling through networking and ongoing engagement.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, participate in team training, and share feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, managers, and coworkers.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include days, evenings, weekends, or overnight shifts.
• Stand, walk, and move for extended periods; lift or climb as needed, including lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Operate a register and work throughout the sales floor, stockroom, dressing room, cashwrap, and office.
