The Seasonal Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while supporting store sales goals and maintaining brand standards. This customer-focused role combines product knowledge, styling, and teamwork on the sales floor and in fitting rooms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and help customers find products, sizing, and styling options.
• Meet individual sales and performance objectives and contribute to store sales plans.
• Maintain sales floor, fitting room, stockroom, and visual standards.
• Support operational activities, including replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing tasks.
• Participate in training and collaborate with colleagues to create an inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and potential overnight shifts.
