Seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and representing the brand through personalized styling and clienteling. The role focuses on driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and supporting store standards and team initiatives during peak periods.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized styling recommendations and detailed product knowledge to customers.
- Support sales goals and collaborate with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly plans.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM to capture customer data and enhance clienteling efforts.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to deliver customer centric behaviors and relationship building.
- Maintain store visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
- Participate in store and company initiatives including community outreach and training.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and upholding company policies.
- Assist in sourcing and identifying talent to support the store team.
Requirements
- Prior sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to stand, walk, move and operate register for multiple hours and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings and weekends.
- Familiarity with digital selling tools and CRM systems preferred.
- Ability to maneuver around the sales floor, stock areas and dressing rooms safely.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
