The Seasonal Brand Ambassador provides a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store sales and representing the brand. This part-time seasonal role focuses on customer engagement, teamwork, and achieving sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while prioritizing customer needs.
• Represent the in-store customer experience and uphold brand and store standards.
• Build client relationships, support alternative purchasing options, and promote digital product discovery tools.
• Participate in team training, support company initiatives, and provide feedback to management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience in a high-volume or specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and potentially overnight shifts.
