Summary

The Brand Ambassador delivers personalized, inspiring customer experiences while supporting sales goals and store standards. This seasonal role combines customer service, fashion knowledge, and teamwork on the sales floor and in store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and personalized styling support, including assistance in fitting rooms.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and customer engagement targets while contributing to store sales plans.
• Educate customers about available programs, products, and offerings.
• Maintain sales floor, visual, and back-of-house standards; support replenishment, floor sets, and opening and closing duties.
• Participate in training and collaborate with colleagues to support an inclusive and professional team environment.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
• Flexible availability for day, evening, weekend, and possible overnight shifts.
