Seasonal Brand Ambassador

Summary

Entry level retail role delivering personalized and inspiring customer service while supporting store operations and brand standards during a seasonal period. The Brand Ambassador focuses on achieving sales objectives, educating customers on programs, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset
• Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture
• Support operational activities including floor sets and replenishment
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards
• Use company tools and programs to connect customers and drive performance
• Maintain visual standards and execute opening and closing tasks
• Participate in company trainings and talent development
• Provide product feedback and collaborate with management and colleagues

Requirements

• Retail or related industry experience preferred
• Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to operate register and remain standing and walking for multiple hours
• Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform moderate climbing
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
• Comfort working on a busy sales floor and back of house areas
