Summary
Seasonal Brand Ambassador responsible for delivering personalized, customer first shopping experiences, supporting store standards, and contributing to sales goals while representing the brand and learning through company trainings.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as SPH and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans through teamwork and adherence to brand policies.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store standards.
- Operate registers and support floor operations including replenishment and visual standards.
- Complete opening and closing responsibilities and maintain back of house processes.
- Participate in company trainings on product, compliance, process, and talent development.
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
- Capable of standing, walking, and maneuvering around the sales floor for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks including climbing and stocking.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and possible travel.
- Ability to operate cash register and perform POS transactions.
- Demonstrated ability to build positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
