Responsibilities

• Drive sales by prioritizing customer needs and pursuing daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
• Support company initiatives, team training, and new shopping technologies.
• Build customer relationships and clientele through engagement and networking.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards, share feedback with management, and support alternative purchasing and product discovery options.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment is preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
• Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and possible overnight shifts.
