The Brand Ambassador delivers a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while supporting sales goals and representing the brand in store. This role builds customer relationships, supports store initiatives, and contributes to a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales results by keeping the customer at the center of decisions.
• Provide a consistent customer experience and build clientele through networking.
• Support company initiatives, team training, and alternative paths to purchase.
• Maintain sales floor and store standards and share customer and category feedback with management.

Requirements

• Retail or similar experience in a high-volume or specialty environment preferred.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Operate the register and remain standing, moving, or walking for extended periods.
• Lift or climb up to 30 pounds and work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
