Part-Time Seasonal Brand Ambassador delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store goals and company initiatives. Works as a team player to drive sales, build client relationships, and represent brand expectations on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through customer-focused selling
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training
• Use technology and alternative purchasing processes to enhance customer experience
• Engage in networking to build and maintain a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
• Represent brand values and deliver consistent customer experiences

Requirements

• Retail or similar industry experience preferred
• Effective communication with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate register for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor areas
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and customers
