- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Provide personalized service aligned to brand expectations and store vision
- Support company initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize digital tools and alternative purchasing processes to strengthen customer connectivity
- Engage in clienteling and networking to build a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes and category opportunities
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
- Operate register and assist with merchandising and stockroom tasks
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for multiple hours
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform light physical tasks
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Comfortable using store technology and digital selling tools
- Ability to build positive relationships with customers and team members
