Part-Time Brand Ambassador delivering personalized and inspiring shopping experiences while supporting store initiatives and daily sales goals. This seasonal role focuses on customer engagement, teamwork, and representing brand standards to build clientele and support alternative purchase channels.
Responsibilities
- Drive daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement
- Support company and store initiatives and participate in team training
- Utilize More Ways to Shop tools and new technology to enhance sales
- Represent and deliver consistent brand aligned customer experiences
- Engage in networking to build and grow a clientele
- Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Support alternative purchasing processes including Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times
Requirements
- Retail or similar high volume specialty environment experience preferred
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to stand, move, walk for multiple hours and operate the register
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers
