Position Overview

Reporting to a member of store leadership, the full-time Seasonal Client Advisor is a Brand Ambassador who embodies the Moncler Client Promise and represents the Brand’s values in every client interaction. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional luxury experiences by creating a welcoming environment, understanding client needs, cultivating relationships, and contributing to individual and store performance goals during the seasonal period.

Your Impact

Team

• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment by actively supporting colleagues and contributing to overall store success.
• Participate in store initiatives, meetings, training sessions, and daily operations while demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

Client

• Welcome every client and deliver an exceptional luxury experience consistent with the Moncler Client Promise and Client Experience standards.
• Build client relationships through personalized service, meaningful engagement, and active clienteling.
• Develop new clients while strengthening relationships with existing clients through proactive outreach and follow-up using approved clienteling tools.
• Anticipate client needs and recommend products and services that enhance the overall client experience.

Business

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and key performance indicators (ADT, UPT, Data Capture, Repurchase Rate, Conversion, and other business metrics).
• Monitor personal performance and proactively adjust selling strategies to maximize results while exceeding client expectations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Moncler collections, services, seasonal initiatives, and brand heritage.
• Support the achievement of overall store sales and profitability objectives.

Operations

• Follow all Company policies, operational procedures, and compliance standards.
• Accurately process sales transactions, special orders, omnichannel services, repairs, charge sends, holds, and after-sales requests.
• Support inventory preparation, cycle counts, stock organization, and physical inventories as required.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales floor reflects Moncler brand expectations.
• Maintain store organization, cleanliness, and operational excellence throughout the day.
• Uphold Moncler standards of grooming, professionalism, and behavior at all times.

Qualifications

Work Experience

• Previous luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or other client-focused experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to sales goals while delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $27.00 per hour. In addition to the hourly rate, this position is eligible to earn commission.

In addition to competitive pay, the hired candidate will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage; short- and long-term disability; 7 paid holidays; up to 10 days of paid vacation; up to four personal days; employee discounts; and a retirement plan with employer contribution.

This seasonal Client Advisor position is eligible for commission or incentive compensation.

This range reflects the Company’s good-faith estimate at the time of posting and may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, business needs, experience, skills, and qualifications.
