Stock Controller

Summary

The Stock Controller partners with store operations, sales teams, and management to execute operational duties and ensure compliance with company procedures. This role supports accurate inventory management and consistent service standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, shipping, receiving, and incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and inventory records, including UPT updates.
• Ensure stock and product in the back and front of house meet operational guidelines.
• Assist clients with merchandise repairs and returns.
• Support store staff with inventory maintenance and back-of-house procedures.
• Follow company operational policies and procedures.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail operations experience.
• Experience in luxury retail preferred; demonstrated inventory management experience.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, leadership, and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze reports, perform basic calculations, handle merchandise weighing up to 40 pounds, and work varied hours.
• College degree preferred; must be at least 18 and authorized to work in the country of employment.
