Summary
Seasonal Client Advisor supporting the full client experience at the Woodbury Outlet store, working with sales, operations, visual merchandising, and management to deliver personalized service and uphold brand standards. The role involves both front of house and back of house duties, including product retrieval, client engagement, and supporting visual merchandising and inventory tasks. This position embodies professional presentation, teamwork, and adherence to company policies.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide an elevated, personalized client experience.
- Support Client Advisors and assist in achieving individual and team sales objectives.
- Retrieve and deliver product requests from back of house to sales floor.
- Execute product care requests including ticket creation as needed.
- Assist with visual merchandising setup, display organization, and repositioning.
- Contribute to inventory preparation and operational tasks like go-backs and BOH organization.
- Participate as a team player in store activities and maintain a positive work environment.
- Follow brand grooming standards and company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties as requested by management.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Experience in hospitality or client service roles acceptable.
- Strong interpersonal and client-centric skills with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional presentation and effective verbal and written communication in English.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and team oriented.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft tools and ability to analyze sales reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
- Additional language skills such as Spanish Mandarin or Cantonese preferred but not required.
