Seasonal part time role assisting customers with cosmetics and women's fragrance. Provide personalized product recommendations, support merchandising for seasonal displays, and drive sales during peak periods at the Willow Grove store.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and assess fragrance and cosmetics needs
• Provide product demonstrations and samples
• Recommend complementary products to increase sales
• Support visual merchandising and seasonal displays
• Maintain product knowledge of fragrance and cosmetics lines
• Process transactions and handle cash or card payments
• Keep sales floor organized and well stocked

Requirements

• Previous retail or beauty sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of cosmetics and women's fragrance helpful
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible seasonal schedule including weekends
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
