Summary
Seasonal Customer Experience Specialist responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, supporting stylists, processing merchandise, and assisting with in-store events and daily operations. The role includes engaging customers, communicating professionally across channels, and helping maintain back of house organization and store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage customers while assessing their needs and recommending services such as online order pickup and alterations
- Support in-store events including RSVP management and serving as a point of contact
- Answer phones and communicate with customers via email providing feedback on trends fit and style
- Assist with inventory management and back of house organization
- Perform opening and closing procedures and follow security protocols for some shifts
- Handle light cleaning duties including sweeping dusting vacuuming dishwashing and restroom maintenance
- Process merchandise and support stylists with client services
Requirements
- High level of ownership accountability and initiative
- Ability to identify customer needs and resolve issues to meet expectations
- Comfort working in a fast paced environment with strong multi tasking skills
- Ability to frequently lift and carry 1-25 lbs and occasionally 25-50 lbs
- Basic proficiency with technology tools such as Microsoft Outlook Booking Bug and Excel
- Ability to adapt quickly to new initiatives concepts and services
- Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse audiences
