Summary

Provide friendly, solutions-focused customer service at Nordstrom, supporting returns, exchanges, order pickup, and transactions. Build trust with customers and teammates while contributing to a positive store experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and manage service interactions from start to finish.
• Resolve customer concerns, returns, and exchanges with empathy and sound judgment.
• Process transactions and ticketing accurately using POS and store systems.
• Support order and pickup inquiries, promote loyalty initiatives, and help customers use relevant services.
• Protect customer information and train new employees on POS and register procedures.

Requirements

• Strong customer service, relationship-building, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with operating systems such as MS Windows, iOS, and Android.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work collaboratively, and follow through in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
