Job Description

Summary

Seasonal customer service role focused on delivering friendly, efficient support to customers through various store technologies and programs. The position requires flexibility in scheduling and strong problem solving to resolve customer issues and protect customer information. The role involves physical activity including lifting and frequent movement during shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with a variety of transactions and inquiries providing a seamless experience
  • Demonstrate expertise in store technologies and operating systems
  • Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolutions
  • Ensure security and privacy of customer information through compliance and education
  • Motivate customers to adopt store programs such as rewards
  • Build trust and positive relationships with customers peers and leadership
  • Work a flexible schedule with varying hours based on business needs
  • Handle merchandise including lifting items and assisting customers on the sales floor

Requirements

  • Ability to build effective relationships with customers peers and leadership
  • Proficiency with MS Windows iOS and Android
  • Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Accountability initiative and a high level of ownership
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
  • Physical ability to move continuously 6-8 hours including bending reaching and lifting up to 25 pounds
