Summary
Provide luxury client service in a gallery environment, greeting and assisting clients in person, by phone and email while supporting Gallery Partners. Role requires refined taste, polished appearance and strong organizational and communication skills to create an elevated service experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients and address questions or concerns
- Connect clients with appropriate associates based on purchase needs
- Assist and communicate with clients in the gallery, by phone and through email
- Provide client services support to Gallery Partners to resolve concerns
- Become well versed on product offerings to advise clients
- Create a luxury service experience in every interaction
- Manage multiple priorities with strong organizational and time management
- Perform physical tasks on the gallery floor and stock room as needed
Requirements
- Customer service experience in design firm high-end furniture showroom or luxury retail preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to recognize and respond to multiple priorities
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail
- People and relationship driven with polished appearance
- Proficiency with Mac operating system IOS devices Microsoft Office and Google Applications
- Ability to lift and mobilize items up to 30 lbs and maneuver around gallery
