Summary

Provide friendly, efficient customer service from an in-store service hub. Assist customers and associates with a range of store services to create an easy and enjoyable shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers with a genuine, friendly approach.
• Assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders, simple returns, tourism information, and service appointment bookings.
• Use store technology and support merchandising and operational needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
• Available for a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
