Seasonal Full Time Sales Assistant

Summary

Seasonal full time sales assistant responsible for replenishing merchandise, supporting sales associates, maintaining back of house organization, processing POS transactions, and greeting customers during a seasonal assignment from November 16, 2025 through January 3, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Replenish merchandise on the sales floor
• Perform stock checks for customers and support sales associates
• Assist with merchandise floor moves and visual tasks
• Process POS transactions accurately and efficiently
• Comply with sales related policies and procedures
• Maintain back of house organization and standards
• Greet and interact with customers in a warm and friendly manner
• Determine customer needs and direct to appropriate sales associate
• Assist sales associates in resolving client problems and complaints

Requirements

• 2+ years of luxury retail experience
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Proficiency in reading, speaking, and writing in English
• Ability to work a flexible schedule during the seasonal assignment
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
• Ability to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and stoop
• Strong customer service and sales orientation
