Job Description

Summary

Temporary seasonal greeter to welcome clients, build genuine relationships, and support the store team during the peak holiday season. Role focuses on client engagement, directing clients to appropriate departments, and maintaining appointment calendars. Position is customer-facing and intended for a fast paced luxury retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients warmly as first point of contact.
  • Determine client needs and direct them to appropriate departments.
  • Manage daily appointment calendar and waitlist.
  • Provide high level customer service consistent with brand standards.
  • Partner with client experience and store teams to ensure seamless visits.
  • Support in maintaining store policies and procedures.
  • Act as brand ambassador representing the Maison.

Requirements

  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage appointments and organize schedules.
  • Professional demeanor and strong client focus.
  • Willingness to work in a fast paced holiday environment.
  • Desire to learn and grow within luxury retail.
