Temporary seasonal greeter to welcome clients, build genuine relationships, and support the store team during the peak holiday season. Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly as first point of contact.
• Determine client needs and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Manage daily appointment calendar and waitlist.
• Provide high level customer service consistent with brand standards.
• Partner with client experience and store teams to ensure seamless visits.
• Support in maintaining store policies and procedures.
• Act as brand ambassador representing the Maison.

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
