Responsibilities

• Greet clients as their first point of contact in the store
• Determine client needs and direct them to appropriate departments
• Manage daily calendar including appointments and waitlist
• Provide high level courtesy and integrity in client interactions
• Partner with Client Experience team and store colleagues to ensure seamless experience
• Act as brand ambassador representing the luxury promise
• Follow store policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
• Ability to manage appointments and maintain organization
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional presentation and demeanor
• Willingness to work in a fast paced retail environment
