Temporary seasonal Greeter role to welcome clients, manage appointments and support a luxury retail store during the holiday peak. The position focuses on creating genuine client relationships and providing direction within the store to ensure a high-quality client experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients as first point of contact and set a welcoming tone.
• Determine client needs and direct them to appropriate departments.
• Manage daily calendar of appointments and waitlist.
• Partner with Client Experience team and store staff to ensure seamless service.
• Maintain knowledge of store policies and procedures.
• Provide courteous and professional client interactions at all times.
• Support in-store events and appointment coordination as needed.
