Job Description

Summary

Provide exceptional guest service across front of house and select back of house functions to create a memorable shopping experience. Support the sales team by assisting in call center, guest kitchen, concierge, sales floor, and administrative tasks. Maintain store presentation and assist with transactions and guest needs during the seasonal period.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in call center guest kitchen sales floor concierge and administration as needed
  • Greet guests and provide personalized service including offering beverages and directing to departments
  • Locate products complete transfers and process charge sends from other stores
  • Prepare store opening and closing tasks including stocking gift packaging and merchandising
  • Process sales transactions and follow return markdown discount tax and packaging policies
  • Prepare food and beverages to client specifications and support Guest Kitchen
  • Maintain clean organized sales floor and fitting rooms
  • Direct phone calls and inquiries to appropriate store areas
  • Demonstrate professional etiquette positive demeanor and brand passion

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of customer experience preferably in luxury retail
  • Detail oriented and highly organized with strong time management
  • Ability to multi task and collaborate with all departments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion and affinity for the brand with desire to grow
