Seasonal Operations Associate (BOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports store operations during the holiday season and helps deliver an exceptional client experience. The role focuses on merchandise handling, inventory control, and maintaining safe work areas.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control tasks and merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures in the receiving dock and other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in operations or warehouse roles.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift or carry up to 35 pounds.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
