Seasonal Operations Associate (BOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports store operations during the holiday season and helps deliver an exceptional client experience. This role reports to an Operations Manager and focuses on merchandise handling, inventory control, and accurate execution of daily assignments.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all other work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with and ability to use retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
