Seasonal Operations Associate - BOH

Summary

Support store operations during the seasonal period, helping ensure merchandise is processed accurately and ready for clients and the selling floor. The role reports to an Operations Manager and requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and execute merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in all work areas.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
