Seasonal Operations Associate (BOH)

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports store operations and helps deliver an exceptional client experience during the holiday season. Reporting to an Operations Manager, this role focuses on merchandise handling, inventory control, and safe execution of daily assignments.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and execute merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and throughout work areas.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
