Seasonal Operations Associate - Coral Gables

Summary

Seasonal Operations Associate supporting store operations during peak season. Role focuses on receiving, sorting, preparing, and processing merchandise while maintaining safety and inventory accuracy. Reports to an Operations Manager and requires flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise
• Prepare merchandise for the selling floor
• Prepare outbound merchandise for client shipment store transfer or distribution center
• Complete daily inventory control operations
• Execute merchandise price changes as needed
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and in work areas
• Support operations team to ensure exceptional execution of assignments

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of operations or warehouse experience
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies
• Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays
• Ability to follow safety procedures and handle merchandise accurately
