Seasonal full-time operations associate supporting the King of Prussia women's store, focused on back-of-house efficiency and operational support. Responsibilities

• Manage inventory processes and stock accuracy
• Support client services and after-sales care, including repairs and client follow-up
• Maintain store facilities, systems, and operational workflows
• Execute financial processes and ensure adherence to policies and procedures
• Support the retail team to ensure efficient back-of-house operations

Requirements

• Experience working in a retail environment with a focus on operations
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and proactive problem-solving skills
• Ability to support inventory, repairs, and after-sales processes
• Prior luxury retail experience preferred
• Availability for a full-time seasonal assignment
