Seasonal Operations Associate

Summary

The Seasonal Operations Associate supports the store operations team during the holiday season, helping deliver an exceptional client experience. The role focuses on merchandise handling, inventory control, and operational execution.

Responsibilities

• Unload and sort inbound merchandise and prepare it for the selling floor.
• Prepare outbound merchandise for shipment to clients, other stores, or the distribution center.
• Complete daily inventory control operations and merchandise price changes.
• Follow safety procedures on the receiving dock and throughout all work areas.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in an operations or warehouse role.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
