Summary

The Seasonal Selling Associate supports the Saks Fifth Avenue selling team and enhances the client experience during the holiday season. The role provides welcoming, personalized service and assists clients across store departments.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and connect them with the appropriate associate based on their needs.
• Serve in different store areas, process point-of-sale transactions, and follow up on client requests.
• Support BOPIS, curbside pickup, alterations, and fitting room experiences in partnership with store operations and managers.
• Escalate customer issues to management and introduce clients to relevant services.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in a customer-centric role, with a demonstrated ability to sell products and services.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
